Having Trouble logging in? 

Please review our helpful "How To Log In To Your Program Library" including a in depth step by step video walk through of resetting your password. 

Steps: 

• Select Forgot Password and enter you email.  Check to make sure you have entered your email correctly and that you are not using a school board email account
• Reset password email is sent immediately.  Check your spam, junk and promotions parts of your inbox. 
• Open email and click "Yes send me my new password" 
• Second email will be sent with your new password.  This two step process protects you from spam and phishing by not requiring you to enter your password via email. 
• Copy password exactly ensure you do not accidently add extra spaces
• Log in with your email and password.  

If you do not get this email immediately here are the likely causes

• you are using a school board email and they are blocking the email.  You will need to reset your email please email us with your old email, new email and invoice/proof of purchase
• you have previously unsubscribed from Madly Learning emails, we cannot send you emails after you have unsubscribed.
• you entered your email incorrectly when purchasing.  This happens often we will need to reset your account.
• you are trying to log into the wrong account (you may have a TPT account, store account and library account with us.  These are all separate)
